How to Redeem Princess Future Cruise Credits (FCCs)

Your Future Cruise Credits are the crown jewel of your Future Cruise Package. Each FCC is worth $1 USD, and they can be applied toward any new Princess cruise booking. Here’s how:

  • Option 1: Book online at princess.com — FCCs are applied during checkout

  • Option 2: Call 1-800-PRINCESS - and your FCCs will be applied to your booking

  • Option 3: Contact a travel advisor or Princess Cruise Vacation Planner

FCCs are flexible — they can be applied to one cruise or spread across multiple sailings. They can be used toward your fare, a travel companion’s fare on your booking, Princess PlusⓇ or Princess PremierⓇ, room upgrades, and more.

Good to know: FCCs must be booked within 18 months of your Future Cruise Package purchase date, but your sailing can take place up to 24 months out from Future Cruise Package purchase date. Plan ahead to get the most availability and best pricing.

How to Use Onboard Credits (OBC) on Princess Cruises

Your Onboard Credit is spending money applied directly to your stateroom folio — great for shore excursions, spa treatments, specialty dining, Wi-Fi, beverages, and shopping in The Shops of Princess.

A few key things to know:

  • OBC cannot be used on the cruise during which you purchased your Future Cruise Package

  • It applies automatically to the first cruise you book using your FCCs

  • Princess applies OBC first to your folio balance; once depleted, your credit card is charged for the remainder of the balance

Redeeming Stay Certificates (2-Night and 5-Night Stays)

Your Stay Certificates open the door to hotels and resorts that can complete your cruise vacation or become a land vacation all their own. Here’s how to redeem them online:

  • Step 1: Log into princesspromotions.com

  • Step 2: Click on “Hotels” or “Premium Stays” at the top of the page

  • Step 3: Select the certificate you want to use from the dropdown menu

  • Step 4: Search for your preferred hotel or resort

  • Step 5: Your certificate will be automatically applied at checkout

Pro Tip: Your Stay Certificate covers a portion of your hotel cost — and if you fall in love with a property that exceeds the certificate value, you simply pay the difference, making even a premium stay far more accessible than booking on your own.

Hotel Credits are an easy, flexible way to save on everyday stays. Each Hotel Credit equals $1 and can be applied toward thousands of hotels worldwide on the Princess Promotions booking engine. The platform always shows the lowest available public rate, then applies your Hotel Credits to reduce the cost further.

The number of Hotel Credits you can apply per booking varies by property and availability — you’ll see the applicable amount displayed before you confirm.
