Depending on your Future Cruise Package, enjoy the following benefits:

  • Onboard Credits (OBC) — spending money applied directly to your stateroom folio on your next cruise

How Do You Get Started?

Shortly after purchasing your Future Cruise Package you will receive an automated email asking you to activate your princesspromotions.com account. Click the link, log in using your Princess.com account credentials, and you’re in.

To redeem your FCCs, call 1-800-PRINCESS, log into your account at princess.com, or contact your preferred Cruise Vacation Planner or travel advisor.

To use certificates or Hotel Credits, visit princesspromotions.com and select the certificate to apply or select “Use cash” to use Hotel Credits.

Future Cruise Package Expiration: How Long Are Benefits Valid For?

Your Future Cruise Package is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Here is the breakdown:

  • FCCs and Stay Certificates must be booked within 18 months of Future Cruise Package purchase, for travel within 24 months of Future Cruise Package purchase

  • OBC is applied to the first cruise you book using your FCCs (it cannot be used on the same cruise during which you purchased your Future Cruise Package)

  • Hotel Credits and all other travel products expire within 24 months of Future Cruise Package purchase

Princess Promotions Cancellation Policy

What if you change your mind? You have 7 days from purchase to cancel your Future Cruise Package for a full cash refund. Florida residents have 30 days; Washington state residents have 15 days. Cancellations are handled by calling 1-800-PRINCESS, option 5.
