What Is Princess Promotions?

Princess Promotions is an authorized partner of Princess Cruise Lines, offering value-based vacation experiences through Future Cruise Packages. Available onboard or by phone after you return home from your cruise, Future Cruise Packages bundle Future Cruise Credits, Onboard Credit, Hotel Stay Certificates, and additional benefits that enhance your vacation experience. What’s Included in Your Princess Future Cruise Package? 

Depending on your Future Cruise Package, you may enjoy the following benefits:

• Future Cruise Credits (FCCs) — each worth $1 USD toward any new Princess cruise booking, a travel companion's fare on the same booking, Princess Plus or Princess Premier, room upgrades and more.

• Onboard Credits (OBC) — spending money applied to the first cruise booked with your Future Cruise Package and can be used towards onboard extras like excursions, beverages, boutique purchases, and Lotus Spa services.

• Select Future Cruise Packages include Pre- or Post-Cruise Hotel Certificates, which can be used before or after a cruise or for a separate hotel stay 

• 5-night Premium Land Stay Certificate for resorts and premium properties as a separate resort vacation or as a pre- or post-stay with a cruise

• Hotel Credits — each worth $1, usable toward savings on thousands of hotels on the Princess Promotions booking platform

• Select Future Cruise Packages earn up to 25% back in FCCs on merchandise and wine purchases made in the princesspromotions.com marketplace

• Select Future Cruise Packages receive Promotional Onboard Benefits on all Princess cruises during your 24-month Future Cruise Package term

How Do You Get Started?

Shortly after purchasing your Princess Future Cruise Package, you will receive an email asking you to activate your princesspromotions.com account. Click the link, log in using your Princess.com account credentials, and you’re in.

To redeem your FCCs, call 1-800-PRINCESS, log into your account at princess.com, or contact your preferred Cruise Vacation Planner or travel advisor.

To redeem Stay Certificates, visit princesspromotions.com and click the account icon in the top-right corner. Select My Account, then click View Certificates in the Your Certificates section. Click Redeem Now on the desired certificate to browse available hotels and/or premium stays and book a stay.

To redeem Hotel Credits, click Hotels in the top menu. Enter your desired destination and dates to browse available hotels. In the dropdown filter, select “Use cash” pricing options.

Future Cruise Package Expiration: How Long Are Benefits Valid?

Your Future Cruise Package is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Here is the breakdown:

• FCCs and Stay Certificates must be booked within 18 months of the Future Cruise Package purchase date, for travel that begins within 24 months of your Future Cruise Package purchase

• OBC is applied to the first cruise you book using your FCCs (it cannot be used on the same cruise during which you purchased your Future Cruise Package)

• Princess Promotions Cancellation Policy 

What if you change your mind? You have 7 days from purchase to cancel your Future Cruise Package for a full cash refund. Florida residents have 30 days; Washington state residents have 15 days. Cancellations are handled by calling 1-800-PRINCESS, option 5.
